Fresh and simple

Tagliatella is a fresh pasta laboratory with a fully open kitchen.

The strengths of our dishes are the choice of quality raw materials, simplicity and tradition.

 

The restaurant is a familiar place, with attention to every detail and comfortable. The fresh pasta laboratory and the open kitchen allow you to observe the chef intent on cooking your first course or to browse the pasta production phase, a fascinating show that renews all the Italian artisan tradition.

 

Unlike dry pasta, fresh pasta requires a particularly short cooking time. Therefore the time to enjoy the order take only a few minutes.

 

The restaurant allows you to easily consume your plate of fresh pasta inside or outside but if you want to eat while continuing the walk, or simply take the order away, the dishes are transferred into practical biodegradable containers. It is also possible to order from the main food deliveries services.

Tagliatella is not just a fresh pasta laboratory but can turns into a tasty meeting point according to the times and needs of our customers, from lunch to dinner, with the possibility of making an alternative aperitif, sipping a glass of wine from our cellar or a cocktail accompanied by appetizing snacks.
